03 — Approve Your Order
Once the details, pricing and timeline have been confirmed, we’ll provide the next steps for placing your order.
For customised projects, production will only begin once the required details and payment have been confirmed.
04 — We Create Your Keepsakes
Your keepsakes will be carefully prepared according to the agreed specifications.
For orders involving multiple individual personalisations, we’ll work with you to organise the information as clearly as possible before production.
05 — Delivered To You
Once your order is ready, we’ll arrange delivery according to the agreed shipping method and timeline.
